If you read our “About Us” page, you know the story. CoinExpansion is in the middle of a massive comeback. We aren’t just trying to be another crypto blog; we are hell-bent on becoming the #1 financial information platform in the world by 2028.

To do that, we need soldiers. We need builders. We need people who are obsessed with crypto, finance, and growth.

Let’s be brutally honest before you read further: We are a startup in “rebuild mode.”

  • The Pay: The starting salary is minimal. We are bootstrapping this. If you are looking for a cushy corporate paycheck on Day 1, this is not for you.
  • The Upside: As CoinExpansion grows, your paycheck grows. We reward loyalty and performance. We are looking for partners who are willing to grind now to win big later.
  • The Commitment: This is a minimum 1-year contract. We don’t want tourists; we want residents.

1. Crypto Content Creators (2 Positions)

The Voice & The Storyteller.

We are not looking for ChatGPT prompters. We need multimedia storytellers. You will be responsible for the written word on our site AND the spoken word on our YouTube channel. You must understand the difference between a Layer-1 and a Layer-2, and you must know how to explain it to a 5-year-old in a way that keeps them watching.

Responsibilities:

  • Article Writing: Write 2-3 high-quality, SEO-optimized articles per day (News, Guides, Reviews).
  • YouTube Scriptwriting (Mandatory): You will write engaging, high-retention scripts for our daily market update videos and our “Trading A to Z” educational series. You must know how to write a “hook” that stops people from scrolling.
  • Research: Conduct deep research on new presales, ICOs, and Airdrops.
  • Fact-Checking: We do not publish rumors.
  • Tone: Adhere strictly to our “Friendly, Conversational” tone of voice.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Native/Near-Native English: Your grammar must be flawless.
  • Scriptwriting Experience: You understand pacing, visual cues, and how to write for video. You know the difference between writing for a reader and writing for a viewer.
  • Deep Crypto Knowledge: You must know how to use MetaMask, what DeFi is, and how to read a whitepaper.
  • SEO Proficiency: You should understand keywords, internal linking, and E-E-A-T principles.
  • AI-Proof Writing: You must be able to write content that bypasses AI detectors. We want human personality, not robotic text.
  • Reliability: You never miss a deadline. Ever.

2. Social Media Manager (1 Position)

The Growth Hacker.

We aren’t looking for someone to just “post updates.” We need a relentless growth engine. You will be responsible for building our digital empire across Quora, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord.

The Mission: Your single, non-negotiable KPI is to reach a minimum of 10,000 loyal subscribers on EACH of these 8 platforms within the next 12 months. That is 80,000+ total community members. We will achieve this at all costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Omni-Channel Domination: Manage and grow our presence simultaneously on Quora, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Aggressive Growth Hacking: Implement viral strategies, contests, and engagement loops to hit the 10k/platform target. “Slow and steady” is not an option.
  • Community Management: You are the moderator and the hype-man. Keep the Telegram and Discord active 24/7.
  • Content Repurposing: Turn one article into a Twitter thread, a Quora answer, a YouTube Short, an Instagram Reel, and a Reddit discussion.
  • Reddit & Quora Marketing: Authentic engagement in relevant subreddits and answering questions to drive high-quality traffic without getting banned.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Proven Track Record: You must show us communities you have grown from zero to thousands.
  • Platform Mastery: You understand the unique algorithm of every platform. You know that what works on TikTok doesn’t work on LinkedIn.
  • Video Editing Skills: Basic editing skills (CapCut/Premiere) to create fast, engaging clips for Reels/Shorts.
  • Meme Culture Fluency: You speak the language of the internet. You know how to make content that people actually want to share.
  • Relentless Work Ethic: Managing 8 platforms and hitting these targets requires hustle. If you are looking for a 9-5, this isn’t it.

3. Web Developer (1 Position)

The Architect.

We are building a high-speed, high-traffic platform. We need a developer who cares about site speed, security, and clean code. You will be responsible for ensuring CoinExpansion never crashes, no matter how much traffic we throw at it.

Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Management: Manage and customize our WordPress architecture.
  • Speed Optimization: Optimize Core Web Vitals (CWV) to ensure sub-second load times.
  • Feature Implementation: Implement custom features (e.g., Live Price Widgets, Presale Calendars, API integrations).
  • Security: Ensure airtight security against DDoS attacks and malware.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Full Stack Knowledge: Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • WordPress Expert: You aren’t just a “plugin installer.” You can write custom themes and plugins from scratch.
  • Speed Obsessed: You know how to minimize code, defer scripts, and optimize servers for 100/100 Google PageSpeed scores.
  • SEO Technical Knowledge: You understand schema markup, canonical tags, and structured data.
  • Portfolio: Must show live examples of high-performance websites you have built or managed.
